The main challenge was to integrate an in-ground swimming pool and outdoor living spaces on a steep slope while ensuring the stability of the structures, the safety of users and a harmonious integration into the natural landscape.
The design includes a series of superimposed terraces linking the residence to the swimming pool, a relaxation pavilion, structural plantings and retaining structures that allow it to follow the existing terrain without altering it.
To allow the owners to accurately visualize the final result before work began, a 3D virtual tour was created. This immersive model facilitated understanding of the volumes, circulation patterns, and the integration of the pool into a site with particularly significant technical constraints.
The project demonstrates how thoughtful design can transform a challenging site into a true outdoor living space where contemporary architecture, engineering structures, and landscape unite in a coherent whole.
