Condominium Les Sommets sur le Fleuve Île-des-Sœurs
The landscaping project for the Les Sommets sur le Fleuve condominium, located on Île-des-Sœurs, was designed to showcase an exceptional site on the banks of the St. Lawrence River. Each intervention promotes a harmonious integration between contemporary architecture, green spaces, and outdoor living environments.
Paved walkways, plantings of large trees, beds composed of perennials, ornamental grasses and structural shrubs create an elegant landscape requiring little maintenance while offering visual interest throughout the season.
The pergolas, gardens, and relaxation areas invite residents to fully enjoy the common spaces in a peaceful yet refined atmosphere. The landscaping provides privacy, coolness, and biodiversity while enhancing the views of the river.
